Returns, Replacements and RefundsUpdated Jan 2012 All goods sold by MasterSpyUK are subject to a 7 day cooling off period All good sold by MasterSpyUK are subject to a 2 month repair or replacement warranty starting from the date of initial purchase. This means that any item that shows fault within the first 2 months of sale can be returned for repair or replacement as long as the fault has not been caused by the user. All repairs are free of charge in the warranty period as long as the fault is not user related. After the 2 month warranty all repairs will incur a fee proportional to the work involved. MasterSpyUK reserves the right to not replace an item after the 2 month warranty. If an item has been repaired under warranty and returned to the customer the warranty date will not change to the date of repair. MasterSpyUK does not offer extended warranties. MasterSpyUK guarantee at its discretion to refund, replace, or repair, free of charge, within invoice date any goods proven to be faulty by design or workmanship, provided that the goods have not been misused, modified, or attempted to be repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer and provided that the goods have been stored, operated and maintained within the manufacturers specified conditions. Any damaged goods received by the buyer must be reported to a member of staff within 2 days of receipt. Returns must be authorised by a MasterSpyUK member of staff and a return number issued. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted unless so authorised and no refund or replacement supplied. All items must be sent via a recorded delivery method to ensure all parcels reach us, lack of postage proof can affect your replacement or refund claim adversely. Once the damaged goods are received by a member of staff they will be evaluated and if fault is found then a refund or replacement will be issued. If no fault is found by our technical support then the goods will be shipped back to you. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. All cancellation notifications must be received by a MasterSpyUK member of staff in writing. If you are not satisfied with your product once received, it may be returned to us with original unopened packaging and in original unused condition within 7 days of delivery date for a full product refund or replacement. Any item returned in a used state or opened packaging will not be eligible for refund or replacement. All returns, as stated above, must be authorised by a MasterSpyUK member of staff in writing. All returns for refund must be accompanied with a copy of original invoice or order confirmation. The refund relates to price of goods only and excludes carriage; the customer is responsible for all carriage charges. For goods that are returned within the 7 day period but are not faulty we reserve the right to deduct an administration charge of £7.50 Convert Currency per product from any refund.
